From last night's speech by McCain:
You will hear from my opponent's campaign in every speech, every interview, every press release that I'm running for President Bush's third term. You will hear every policy of the President described as the Bush-McCain policy. Why does Senator Obama believe it's so important to repeat that idea over and over again? Because he knows it's very difficult to get Americans to believe something they know is false.
So, who is it that's trying to get Americans to believe something they know is false?
Oh, the Republicans.
Here's something that's REALLY funny - in the Montana Republican primary, an 85 year old guy who's been running for public office (and has lost EVERY time - 15 contests) since 1964 crushed the other five Republican primary contestants, who were well funded.
Could it be that the Republican brand is in far deeper trouble than people are willing to let on?
