A few weeks back, one of my clients was asking me a question about an acronym used by the State of Colorado in mortgage training. Today, I cracked the code. That's a big "atta boy" in my corner.
I've worked up some financial calculations for a house in rental service - what's the tax benefit after expenses - it worked out much better than I would have otherwise guessed.
This afternoon, it's all about getting the den in full order, such that I can have guests over on Sunday. It's so easy to just clooooooooose the door and ignore everything in there, but that is not what I'm committed to. I'm also hanging the hanging baskets this afternoon, and weeding the pool area.
My rubber trees keep tumping over, and it's as annoying as it can be. Sheesh! I'm going to have to figure out a way to intervene there.
Just a few more things to work on this afternoon, and then it's home to create some more structure and peace.
